摘要
对古、近代有关大白菜的文献试行勘校和补充。首次利用AFLP技术,通过聚类分析初步查明白菜类和芜菁亲缘关系不在同一类群;北方现有的几个大白菜品种和南方的黄芽白、黄秋白虽在同一类群但不属于同一亚群。在中青麻叶大白菜×四月慢小白菜的试验中F3发生了严重的分离现象,不仅出现了"白苗",还表现出多种亲本不具备的性状;自交F9部分株系出现球叶顶部抱合的变异。
The literature of Chinese eabbage were reviewed and revised. AFLP teehnique was used for analyzing and eomparing the genome relationship between Chinese eabbage and turnip by duster analysis. The F3 population from the eross of Zhongqingmaye ( Chinese eabbage) with Siyueman (pakehoi) existed many different morphologieal individuals and white seedlings. The F9 ( selfed progeny) oeeured variation of overlaped head leaf.
