以左室壁运动障碍为主疑似心肌梗死的甲减性心脏病1例报告和文献回顾

The report of hypothyroid heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction which seemed myocardial infarction and literature review

目的探讨甲减性心脏病的发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法结合文献分析1例以左心衰左室壁运动障碍为主要表现疑似心肌梗死的甲减性心脏病的临床表现。结果甲减性心脏病临床表现复杂,容易误诊,及时确诊并给予替代治疗,可缓解症状改善心肌室壁运动。结论临床上对心脏病患者应常规检查甲状腺功能,以避免漏误诊。

Objective To explore the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroid heart disease. Methods To review a case of the hypothyroidism patient with left heart failure symptom who had typical left ventricule dysfunction and low LVEF. And to review relevant literary. Results The patient＇s coronary artery graphy was normal and LVEF became higher after L-T4 replacement therapy. Conclusion Thyroid hormone should be tested routinely in cardiac disease patients, especially with left heart failure, myocardial infarction.
