可脱性球囊栓塞治疗外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘27例

To analyse the efficiency and safety of detachable ballon embolization for patients with Traumatic Carotid-Cavernous Fistula (TCCF)

目的探讨可脱性球囊栓塞治疗外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘(TCCF,Tranmatic Carotid Cavernous Fistula)的可靠性和安全性。方法自1993年9月至2006年9月,应用可脱性球囊栓塞治疗TCCF27例。结果21例一次栓塞成功,瘘口只放一个球囊,5例进行了第二次栓塞,1例在操作过程中瘘口自行闭塞。19例保持颈内动脉通畅,通畅率为70.4%。结论此方法不但能堵塞瘘口,而且能够保持颈内动脉很高的通畅率,安全可靠,可作为TCCF治疗的首选方法。

Objective To explore the efficiency and safety of detachable ballon embolization for patients with Traumatic Carotid-Cavernous Fistula （TCCF）. Method From Sep 1993 to Sep 2006, 27 patients with TCCF were treated with detachable balloon cmbolization. Results 21 patients were cured successfully through one time of embolization and with one balloon, 5 patients underwent two time of embolization. In 1 patient, the fistula obliterated spontaneously in the procedure. ｜9 patients were cured with internal carotid artery patency, and the ICA patency rate was 70.4%. Conclusion The treatment of embolization with detachable balloon can obliterate fistula with high ICA patency rate and is the first choice for TCCF.
