摘要
目的探讨16层CT三期增强扫描和MPR(multiplanar reconstruction)在胃癌分期中的价值。方法对术前经病理证实的35例胃癌患者行16层CT三期增强扫描和MPR处理,并做出CT分期诊断。结果16层CT三期增强扫描和MPR结合对胃癌分期诊断的准确率为85%,肿瘤在Z轴方向生长的范围判断方面,MPR图像明显优于常规轴位图像。结论16层CT三期增强扫描和MPR结合对胃癌分期有很高的准确性,而MPR在肿瘤的Z轴生长范围的判断方面颇有优势。
Objective To assess the utility of 16-detector CT with a thin-sliced muhiplanar reconstruction (MPR) technique and triple-phase scanning method for the staging of gastric cancers. Methods Thirty-five patients with gastric cancers were preoperatively examined with 16-detector CT. The triple-phase scanning was performed after the start of contrast medium administration. In addition, MDCT images were correlated with pathologic findings. Results The overall aecuracy rate of CT staging of all gastric cancers using the MPR technique was 85%. MPR images were superior to axial images for the evaluation of the z-axis extent of tumor. Conclusion 16-detector CT with the triple-phase scanning has advantages in acceptable evaluation of staging of gastric carcinomas. MPR images may be a useful guide for the evaluation of the z-axis extent of tumor.
