产科弥漫性血管内凝血26例救治分析

Rescue methods of obstetric disseminated ineravascular coagulopathy with clinical analysis of 26 cases

目的探讨产科弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)有效的急救措施。方法对产科DIC患者实施产科基础抢救同时,使用肝素、连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)、机械通气等。结果经过早期治疗的22例产科DIC患者效果良好,4例已出现多脏器功能衰竭(MOF)的患者死亡。结论重要脏器功能的保护在产科DIC急救中有重要意义;肝素、CRRT、机械通气的早期应用效果肯定,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To investigate effectual rescue methods in the DIC of obstetric. Methods 26 cases of the obstetric DIC were analysed retrospectively, 26 cases were treated with rescue measures of obstetric, as soon as Heparin,CRRT,Mechanical ventilation. Results 22 cases survived were treated in precursory and 3 cases of MOF were dead.Conclusions It is important to protect the organ in crical treatment of DIC. The early application of Heparin,CRRT,Mechanical ventilation were effective.
