依达拉奉联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死观察及护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死的有效性及安全性。方法将72例急性脑梗死患者随机分为联合治疗组和对照组,两组均用巴曲酶治疗,治疗组加用依达拉奉静滴。两组实行同样康复和护理模式,两组患者治疗前及治疗结束后均进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分,临床疗效评定。结果治疗组临床神经功能缺损程度评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率85.7%,高于对照组67.6%(P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,且疗效优于单用巴曲酶治疗。
