摘要 对采用两类焊材的SUS304与G102接头分别进行了不同加热规范的模拟加热试验,之后对接头局部进行了化学成分,金相组织与显微硬度测定,结合接头中的应力分析,探讨了电站锅炉异种钢接头的早期断裂机理. The mechanism fractured at early stage for the dissimilar metal welded joints inside boilers of power stations is approached in the way to analyze SUS 304 and G102 steel dissimilar metal joints welded with two kinds of welding materials. The weld joints under go different heating cycles to simulate operation status, then the chemical analysis, metallographic structure examination, micro - hardness measurement and stress analysis are carried out in order to obtain the correct conclusion.
