摘要
采用位移门槛电压控制焊接过程,进行了变压式和等压式扁钢带直流电阻对焊试验.结果表明,增大位移门槛值或者减小预压力,可增大塑性金属的变形程度,这有利于将杂质从接合界面挤出.
D C resistance butt welding experiments ot tlat steel are carried out witn variable ana constant pressure using shifting threshold of voltage to control the welding process. The results show that enhancing the shifting value of threshold or reducing pre - pressure, the deformation level of plastic zone is increased and then the impurities can be squeezed out from jointing face.
