摘要
贝氏体钢磨球具有高的整体硬度,110mm的磨球表面硬度(57~62)HRC,心部硬度(54~57)HRC,金相组织为均匀细小的贝氏体、回火马氏体、碳化物和少量残留奥氏体。无缺口冲击韧度aK=(500~800)kJ/m2。贝氏体钢磨球磨耗为(50~70)g/t.水泥;破碎率为0~1.0%;失圆尺寸在球径技术标准误差范围内。研制的贝氏体钢磨球的耐磨性与高铬铸球相当,但冲击韧度比后者高。贝氏体钢衬板的硬度(45~60)HRC,无缺口韧度aK=(150~300)kJ/m2。在粉碎钼矿时,耐磨寿命比高锰钢提高两倍,原材料成本降低25%。
The bainitic steel grinding balls possess high whole body hardness The surface hardness of the balls with φ110mm is (57~62)HRC,while the central hardness is (54~57)HRC The metallographic microstructure consists of well distributed fine bainites,tempered martensites,carbides and a small amount of austenites The impact toughness a K without notch is (500~800)kJ/m 2,the wearing value of the balls is (50~70)g/t cement,the broken rate is 0 0~1 0%,the lossing roundness size is within the range of technical standard of the ball diameters The wear resistance of the bainitic steel grinding balls is almost same as that of high chromium cast balls However the impact toughness of the former is much higher than the latter The hardness of the bainitic steel liner is (45~60)HRC Its impact toughness a K is (150~300)kJ/m 2 When the molybdenum mineral is broken,the wear life of the bainitic steel liner is over twice than that of the high manganese steels and raw meterial cost decreases 25%
