摘要
用自约束试验方法研究了Cr18W2合金白口铸铁的热疲劳性能,用扫描电镜观察了热疲劳断口。结果表明:合金白口铸铁的热疲劳抗力主要与热处理硬度有关,随硬度升高,热疲劳裂纹扩展速率增大,热疲劳抗力降低。热疲劳抗力对基体的显微组织不敏感。
The thermal fatigue properties of Cr18W2 alloy white cast iron were studied by self constraint.The fracture of thermal fatigue was also observed by TEM.The results show that the resistance of thermal fatigue for the cast iron is mainly related to hardness.With the increasing of the hardness,crack propagation rate also increases.But it is insensitive to matrix structure.
