Construction of Harmonious Campus with People-oriented Perspective

文章在分析高校和谐校园的基本内涵的基础上,阐述了以人为本构建高校和谐校园的重要性,提出了坚持以人为本,高校构建和谐校园的主要途径:加强制度建设,为高校构建和谐校园提供制度支撑和保障;实施人性化管理,构筑高校和谐校园的人文氛围;建设生态校园,实现高校校园人与自然关系的和谐。

On the basis of analyzing basic connotation of the harmonious campus, this paper expatiates the importance of constructing people - oriented and harmonious campus, proposes the main ways to realize the aim ： strengthening the system construction to support and ensure the construction of harmonious campus; implementing human management to build humanities atmospheres ; building ecology campus to realize harmonious relationship between people and nature.
