国内城市街景更新中的问题研究(英文)

Some issues about urban street-scape renewal in China

街景更新的根本目标在于以有限的投资最大限度地提升城市市容、市貌,高效率地创造舒适、美丽、富于文化内涵的城市生活环境,其规划设计通常针对沿街建筑物外观及街道公共空间环境两个层面.国内各地市政府牵头的城市街景更新通常均从这两个层面投入了大量的资金及人力、物力资源,然而由于总体目标与战略部署间存在偏差,以及具体设计、操作过程中的某些问题,最终的整治结果往往并不令人满意.以郑州商城文化区十条街的街景更新作为契机,结合其他一些城市的相关调研资料,对国内城市街景更新中的某些问题加以探讨,望对我国城市的街景更新、整治略有借鉴及启发.

The ultimate objective of street-scape renewal is to furthest improve the urban outlook efficiently as well as create a comfortable and beautiful urban living environment, rich in cultural connotations with the limited investment. Its planning and design currently aim at the appearance of the buildings along the street and the street public space environment. The municipalities and other stakeholders involved in streetscape renewal usually invest considerable money,manpower and material resources in it. But because of the gap existing between the overall objective and the strategic plan,as well as some other issues in design or practical process, the ultimate renewal result is often not satisfying. The landscape renewal of 10 streets in Zhengzhou Urban District of Shang Culture is taken as an opportunity hereon,on which some issues about urban streetscape renewal in China are explored, and some suggestions or illuminations have also been discussed.
