高校信任体系的构建

Research on the Trust System in Universities

基于高校与社会之间和高校组织内部两种信任关系的视角,分析高校中普遍存在的缺乏信任的自我维持、缺乏制度或规范的约束、信息沟通不健全及教育理念的错位导致师生信任缺失等信任危机,在此基础上寻求建设高校信任体系的方法:加强积极的信息沟通、形成良好的竞争与合作机制,提高高校组织及组织成员的可信任度。最终构建一个互信、融洽、有序的和谐校园环境。

This essay analyzes the common phenomena of trust crisis including self-maintenance without trust,lack of constraints,ineffective information communication and lack of trust between teachers and students because of dislocation of education idea,from the perspective of two kinds of trust relations between universities and society and the organizations in universities.On the basis of the analysis,methods of trust system construction in universities are presented,including strengthening information communication and forming the competition-cooperation mechanism,to enhance the confidence in university organizations and their members and finally to build a harmonious campus spirit environment.
