摘要
为提高厌氧胶的热性能,用二步法合成了邻甲酚醛环氧丙烯酸酯(o-CFEAR),并以该树脂为单体,不饱和笼型倍半硅氧烷(POSS)为耐高温改性剂,选择合适的氧化还原体系及其它助剂,制成耐高温厌氧胶,测定了相关性能,研究了该胶的固化动力学。结果表明,此厌氧胶剪切强度最高达15.3 MPa,在200℃、96 h时剪切强度保持率为87%左右,耐高温性能良好;固化过程的反应级数为1.084 9,表观活化能为86.86 kJ/mol。
For raising heat resistance of the anaerobic adhesives ,o-cresol formaldehyde epoxy acrylate(o- CFEAR)have been prepared through a two step method. The anaerobic adhesive of high temperature resistance was prepared-using o-CFEAR as main monomers and polyhedral-ethyl-sil-sesquioxanes (POSS)as modifying agent of high temperature resistance,as well as selected a suitable redox initiating system and some other auxiliaries. The correlated properties of these adhesives were determined. The curing kinetics of this adhesive were studied. The results showed that shear strength of the anaerobic adhesive is 15.3 MPa,and is conserved about 87% compared with temperature at 200 ℃ and 96 h,the results described that the appeared reaction stage of curing process was 1.084 9 and the activation energy Ea was 86.86 kJ/mol,so the property of high temperature was better.
