摘要
用PTHF(聚四氢呋喃)与TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)合成了PU(聚氨酯)胶粘剂。在合成过程中保持其它相关条件不变的情况下,仅改变R值(异氰酸指数)来制备系列胶膜,测试了R值与胶膜的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、耐水性、预聚体邵氏硬度及粘度(常温)的关系,同时还运用了红外光谱法对所合成的PU胶粘剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,PU胶粘剂中已成功地引入了硅链节;较佳的R值为1.3,合适的反应时间(预聚体)为3 h。
In this article,synthesized the PU adhesive with the polytetrahydrofuran and toluene diisocyanate, in the course of synthetic process a series of adhesive films were made only with changing R and keeping other relational conditions. Then,R in relationship with the tensile strength,elongation at break,water-resistance,prepolymer hardness （shore A） and viscosity （indoor temperature）were tested. At the same time ,the PU adhesive of synthesis was characterized by FTIR. The experiment results showed that silicone chains were successfully introduced into the PU adhesive,the bettter value of R was 1.3 ,the fitting reaction time was 3 hour.
