摘要
目的探讨钾离子通道开放剂(PCOs)尼可地尔(NCR)+阜外改良(Fuwai modified solution,FWM)器官保护液对大隐静脉血管桥血管舒张功能的影响。方法采用器官槽法研究,分别用重碳酸盐缓冲液(K-H)液、含0.1mmol/L NCR的K-H液、FWM液、含0.1mmol/L NCR的FWM液浸泡大隐静脉血管环60min,检测它们血管平衡后引发的血管收缩舒张反应。结果与浸泡于K-H液、FWM液的血管环相比,含0.1mmol/L NCR的K-H液、含0.1mmol/L NCR的FWM液中的血管环都能较好地舒张,浸泡于含0.1mmol/L NCR的FWM液中的血管环的舒张程度大于含0.1mmol/L NCR的K-H液中的血管环。电镜见单纯浸泡于K-H的血管内皮细胞有较重的损伤,浸泡于含0.1mmol/L NCR的FWM液中的血管内皮细胞较完整。结论NCR+FWM器官保护液对冠状动脉旁路移植术大隐静脉血管桥内皮细胞有保护作用,并且具有较好的舒张功能。
Objective To discuss the effects of Fuwai modified solution(FWM) combined with potassium channel openers(PCOs) nicoranil(NCR) on the relaxation of saphena vessel graft(SVG).Methods 32 fresh saphena vessel rings were divided randomly into four groups(8 rings in each group) according to the different solution:Krebs-Henseleit bicarbonate solutions(K-H),FWM,K-H with 0.1mmol/L NCR,FWM with 0.1mmol/L NCR.All rings were incubated.repeceively in various solution at 37℃ for 1 hour.We used the organ chamber technique and biopsy specimens to assess the preservation effects after equilibration.Result As compared with group K-H and FWM,group K-H with 0.1mmol/L NCR and FWM with 0.1mmol/L NCR had a lower rest tension,while the rest tension in group FWM with 0.1mmol/L was lower than it in trauma damage group K-H with 0.1mmol/L.No signifi-cant ultrastructral changes were found in the group FWM with 0.1mmol/L.In contrast,myocardial structural were found in the other three groups.Conclusion FWM solution combined with NCR had a better preservation effect on the relaxation of SVG during the CABG.
