鼻内窥镜治疗鼻中隔偏曲的疗效分析附238例报告

A Clinical Observation of Nasal Endoscopic Septoplasty

目的探讨安全可靠、矫正满意的治疗鼻中隔偏曲的手术方法。方法采用鼻内窥镜技术,对鼻中隔偏曲患者进行鼻中隔矫正手术238例。其中单纯性鼻中隔偏曲157例,鼻中隔偏曲合并鼻窦炎、鼻息肉81例,鼻中隔手术史21例。结果术后随访3～6个月,鼻内镜下定期清理术腔,疗效确切,该方法较安全、彻底地矫正鼻中隔偏曲,改善患者的鼻腔通气、嗅觉功能,同时有效减少鼻腔息肉、鼻窦炎的复发,减少了鼻中隔穿孔、鼻腔粘连等并发症的发生。结论内窥镜下鼻中隔矫正术,具有安全、彻底、并发症少等优点。

Objective To evaluate the method and clinical result of endoscopic surgery treating the deflection of septoplasty nasal septum.Methods Septoplasty was carried out under nasal endoscope in 238 cases.157 cases with the pure nasal septum deviation,81 cases with sinusitis、 nasal polyps.Results The operation was completed on one session in all the 238 cases,with the deviated nasal septum being entirely corrected.Follow-up surveys for 3～6 months indicated a complete cure in 216 cases（90.8%） and an improvement in 22 cases（9.2%）.No septal hematoma,abscess,perforation,nasal cavity adhesion,or bridge collapse were encountered.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic septoplasty has advantages of short operation time,few,blood loss,mild pain,little complications,and the possibility of nasal sinus,polyps co-operation.This technique may fully replace the traditional submucous resection.
