摘要
目的研究螺旋与非螺旋方式在头颅常规扫描应用中的差别,探讨头颅扫描的理想方法。方法用Mx8000四排螺旋CT对30例志愿者分别进行螺旋和非螺旋头颅常规扫描,在分辨率、噪声、伪影和综合评价等方面对图像进行评分,作统计学分析比较。结果螺旋扫描的图像在伪影、噪声及综合诸方面,均低于非螺旋扫描图像,经统计分析存在显著性差异(P<0.05);二者仅在空间分辨率方面无显著性差异。结论头颅常规检查采用非螺旋扫描方式,可以得到较高质量的CT图像。
Objective To discuss the influnce of CT image quality between the way of helical and non-helical scan on the convention head CT inspection.Methods The head convention CT inspection through helical scan and non-helical scan was carried out on 30 volunteers by using Mx8000 4-row spiral CT with image grade on the resolution,the noise,the false shade and the synthesis,then a statistic comparison analysis was made.Results The CT images of helical scan on the false shade,the noise and the synthetic,are lower than that of the non-helical scan.There is an obvious difference between them(P〈0.05);and there is little difference on the space resolution between them.Conclusion By using the way of non-helical scan,a comparatively highgrade CT image can be obtained.
