摘要
基于瑞士洛桑国际管理发展学院(IMD)《世界竞争力年鉴》(2005)指标体系平台,通过对香港科学技术基础设施各项数据的纵向历史与横向国际的比较分析香港科技竞争力演变状况,在此基础上对香港科技政策合理性进行探讨并揭示相关政策含义.
This paper seeks to provide perspectives on Hong Kong＇s science and technology policies, achievements, competitiveness standings drawing on longitudinal studies in historical policy shifts and latitudinal comparisons of countries and territories with resembling characteristics. Relevant statistical information on infrastructure and survey results provided by IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook （2005） was used augmented by other complementary information sources.
