摘要
在目前高校科技成果转化率很低的情况下,研究技术经济在高校科技成果转化中的地位与作用、高校技术经纪人应具备的基本素质及高校科技成果中有效机制问题,对推动高校科技发展,提高高校科技成果转化的成功率有着一定的现实意义和理论价值.
It introduces the importance of speeding up S＆T fruits transfer and improving its transfer into a real productive force, which has become a great factor to carry out the policy of strengthening the national power and of bringing forward the continuable development. But it is new to the high institutions which are going through the technical transform. It is essential for us to research the function and its transform mechanism of the technical brokers and their basic requirements, which is of great realistic and theoretical value.
