核有丝分裂器蛋白22在联苯胺接触人群医学监护中的应用

摘要 [目的]研究联苯胺接触人群中核有丝分裂器蛋白22(NMP22)的表达情况。[方法]用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法测定联苯胺接触人群尿液中的NMP22,以巴氏分级法对尿脱落细胞进行分级。[结果]联苯胺接触人群中巴氏分级Ⅰ级组NMP22的测定值显著低于6 U/ml的诊断标准(P<0.05);巴氏分级>Ⅰ级组NMP22的测定值显著高于6 U/ml(P<0.01)。巴氏分级>Ⅰ级组NMP22的测定值虽高于巴氏分级Ⅰ级组,但两组间NMP22测定值的差异不具有统计学意义(P=0.909)。[结论]尿液中NMP22可作为联苯胺接触人群常规医学监护的生物指标,但尿中NMP22的测定尚不能替代尿脱落细胞巴氏染色检查法作为职业性膀胱癌高危人群医学监护的指标。 [ Objective ] To investigate the expression of nuclear mitotic apparatus protein 22 ( NMP22 )in workers occupationally exposed to benzidine. [ Methods ] NMP22 in urine was measured with enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay, while exfoliated urothelial cells in the urine samples were classified with Papanieolau grading. [ Results ] NMP22 value of benzidine-exposed workers in urothelial cells of Papanieoloau grade I was significantly lower than the diagnostic criterion of 6 U/ml( P 〈 0.05 ), whereas NMP22 value in those of greater than Papanieoloau grade I was significantly higher than the diagnostic criterion ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference of NMP22 value between Papanieoloau grade greater than and equal to grade Ⅰ(P = 0.909 ). [ Conclusion ] NMP22 could act as the biomarker of routine medical surveillance in benzidine exposed workers, but still not appropriate to substitute the Papanieoloau grading method of exfoliated urethelial cells.
