摘要
中储式钢球磨煤机制粉系统具有多变量、强耦合、大惯性等特点,使用常规的PID控制回路进行控制无法取得理想效果。针对这种情况,提出了一种解耦PID控制策略。该方案在PID回路中加入解耦补偿器,以实现对多变量的解耦控制。仿真试验表明,该策略有效地解决了多变量的耦合问题,取得了较好的控制效果。
Ball mill coal pulverized system is a multivariable system with great inertia and strong coupling, and its dynamic performance changes with working conditions. So according to these features, using general PID control can not match well. Under this condition, a new decoupling PID control strategy is proposed, which appended decoupling compensator in the PID loop. The simulation experiment shows that the proposed method resolved the problem of variable coupling effectively and got a perfect control result.
