石化码头油罐区监控管理系统的设计与开发

Design and Development of Petrochemical Tank Farm Supervision System

通过对石化码头油罐区监控系统信息、功能需求的分析,提出了一套基于PLC控制网络、工控组态软件Citect的油罐区监控系统设计方案,并介绍了上位监控软件关键功能的实现方法。该系统已投入使用,运行稳定可靠,界面友好,操作方便,功能完善,其方案具有推广价值。

Base on the analysis of the information and the functional requirement,a framework of the petrochemical tank farm supervision system and the key method of the monitoring software are put forward which included the technology of the PLC control net and the industrial configuration software-Citect.The application shows that this system runs reliable,and the HMI is friendly and is easy to operation,in other words,the system is a full functioning system and can be used in the similar petrochemical terminal.
