摘要
研究了人工神经网络技术在糖厂多效蒸发过程建模中应用的可行性,采用误差反向传播网络(BP网)建立了一效、二效汁汽压力P1、P2和出口糖浆的锤度C5之间的两输入单输出神经网络模型,借助MATLAB7.0加以实现。仿真试验证明了该模型的有效性,并为进一步实现多效蒸发过程的智能控制奠定了基础。
Aiming at exploring the possibility of building a model by artificial neural network for the multiple-effect evaporation in sugar factory,the error BP(BackProragationn)eural network is used to establish a model and describe the complex relationship among the juice steam pressure P1P、2 of the first and the second stage and the syrup brix C5 leaving the multiple-effect evaporator.And the model is implemented by Matlab7.0.The simulation result proves the validity of the model,and it aslo lays a foundation for the further investigation into the intelligent control of the multiple-effect evaporation system.
