摘要
根据铺排船监控系统的需求,设计了基于OPC和以太网的铺排船监控系统。在通信程序的设计中,对OPC服务器进行了配置,开发了OPC客户端程序以实现对OPC服务器的数据的读取,实现了铺排船自动监控软件与下位PLC系统的以太网通信。并对OPC客户端程序和通用性方面进行了详细设计。经过实船运行和使用测试,开发的通信程序运行可靠,数据读取实时性强。
According to the requirements,a supervisory control system of Geotextiles-laying Vessel based on the OPC and Ethernet was designed.At the development of communication program between Geotextiles-laying Vessel automatic supervisory Control soft and PLC control systems,OPC server is configured and the universal OPC client program is developed to realize the reading data from OPC server.the detailed development of universal OPC client program is introduced.After the practice geotextiles-laying vessel supervisory control systems ’application,the developed program runs reliable,and the data access has a character real-time.
