摘要 目的:对21例复杂颅骨缺损的个性化治疗进行了回顾分析。方法:采用全麻手术,以个性化钛合金板辅以各种辅助修复的手术方法,根据缺损所涉及的范围及复杂程度选择不同的方法,进行个性化治疗。结果:21例患者头部畸形均明显改善,经过3~12个月的术后跟踪观察,患者对手术效果均表示非常满意。结论:在复杂颅骨缺损患者治疗开始时,选择正确的治疗方法和顺序是治疗成败的关键。  Objective 21 cases of patients with cranial defect which involved complicated complications are retrospective analysed.Methods Under general anesthesia,individualized Titanium prothesis with different soft tissue restoration are adept for the different patients.Results All of 21 cases get satisfied profile of the skull with complications cured.Conclusion A right sequencing therapy for a complicated case with cranial defect is very important at the beginning of a complicated case.
