超细钼铜复合粉末的制备工艺研究

摘要 钼铜合金是两种互不相溶的假合金,与钨铜合金相比,钼铜材料的密度较低,且其容易变形加工,被广泛用于航空航天、电力、电子等行业。研究了制备钼铜合金原料粉末——超细钼铜复合粉的制备工艺。用SEM和TEM的选区电子衍射图观察了不同球磨方式和不同球磨时间钼铜复合粉末的粒度和形貌。结果表明:①普通球磨、行星球磨无法得到结构和成分分布均匀的纳米合金粉,而高能球磨方式可以得到;②经过25h高能球磨可以得到结构和成分分布均匀,尺寸为30nm的合金粉末。 The process of preparing ultra-fine molybdenum-copper compound powders were studied, this compound powders were made by different types and varied time of ball milling, and they were used to synthesized Molybdenum-copper alloys. SEM and TEM are applied to characterized and analysized these compound powders. The result reveals, using high-energy boll milling for 2 h, homogeneous structural alloy powders with mean particle size in 30 nm can be attained, while conditional and planetary boll milling process can not get compound powders with the same size distribution.
