宝鸡钛业集团有限公司的钛合金电极真空焊箱是20世纪80年代进口的装备,是熔铸钛合金前制备电极的重要生产设备,其控制方式落后,故障率高,排除时间长,且绝大多数元件已经严重老化。特别是焊箱电极料架旋转和平移系统的速度跟随性差,不能满足军工对产品质量和生产效率的要求。因此,对焊箱控制系统进行了改造。改造后的控制系统的核心控制部件为可编程控制器,采用多主站结构,各个模拟量的采集和管理在CPU224站完成,通过PPI数据传输电缆与上位机连接。CPU226站在控制柜内,CPU224站与CPU226站采用西门子双绞通讯电缆连接。焊箱料架的平移和旋转的控制分别由两台514C16A直流调速器完成。改造完成后钛合金电极真空焊箱控制系统生产效率提高了67%,焊缝对准偏差由5mm降到1mm,产品质量稳定,生产效率大幅提高。
The vacuum welding-machine in Baoji Titanium is second hand equipment that is a significant installation for titanium and titanium alloy electrodemaking, its performance takes direct impact on the ingot quality, which was imported from Germany in late 1980s. The control system is reinstalled by automation way, it reached the real-time control moveable management in order to meet the increasing demands to the titanium and titanium alloy ingot quality at home and abroad. The productivity of the vacuum welding-machine increased by 67%, the deviation of weld decreased from 5 mm to lmm, and the products are superior in quality after reform. Finally the performance of the machine is rising and meets the expected demand.
