2007年我国硫酸磷肥产销现状及预测

Present situation and prediction of China's sulphuric acid and phosphate fertilizer production and consumption in 2007

介绍2007年上半年全国硫酸、磷肥生产消费情况。2007年上半年全国硫酸总产量(以H_2SO_4计) 25781kt,其中硫磺制酸产量11856kt,冶炼烟气制酸产量5746kt,硫铁矿制酸产量8179kt。进口硫磺4676kt,进口硫酸1019kt,其中韩国硫酸占56.6%,日本硫酸占43.3%。磷肥产量(以P_2O_5计)6608kt,其中高浓度磷复肥产量4464kt,低浓度普钙、钙镁磷肥产量2144kt;NPK复肥实物产量15175kt。2007年上半年全国硫酸表观消费量同比增长9.6%,磷肥表观消费量6070kt。预计2007年全国硫酸产量将超过55000kt,硫磺进口量将超过9500 kt;磷肥产量13400kt,其中高浓度磷复肥产量9400kt。2007年下半年硫磺供应偏紧、高价位运行的格局仍将继续维持。

China＇s sulphuric acid and phosphate fertilizer production and consumption in the first half of 2007 are reviewed. Sulphuric acid production reached 25 781 kt （as H2SO4 ）, 11 856 kt being from sulphur, 5 746 kt from metallurgical off-gas and 8 179 kt from pyrite. Imported sulphur amounted to 4 676 kt and sulphuric acid to 4 464 kt, 56. 6% of which was from Korea and 43.3% from Japan. Phosphate fertilizer production reached 6 608 kt （ as P205 ）, including 4 464 kt high-analysis phosphate fertilizers, 2 144 kt SSP and FMP, and 15 175 kt NPK. Apparent consumption of sulphuric acid was increased by 9.6% year on year, and phosphate fertilizer reached 6 070 kt. It is forecasted that, by the end of 2007, China＇s sulphuric acid production will reach 55 000 kt, imported sulphur 9 500 kt, and phosphate fertilizer production 13 400 kt, including 9 400 kt high-analysis phosphate fertilizer. The pattern of tightened supply and high cost of sulphur will be maintained in the second half of 2007.
