摘要
400kt/a硫酸装置采用2台盘式干燥机干燥硫精矿,在试运行中出现设备处理能力达不到要求并且故障率较高的问题。为此,在盘式干燥机前增加2台内加热双螺旋干燥机进行预干燥,并对盘式干燥机进行相应的改造,以减少故障、便于维修。30min的测试结果表明,硫精矿经过螺旋干燥机干燥后w(H_2O)从11.5%降到8.5%,再经过盘式干燥机进一步降到约5%,完全可满足生产要求。
During commissioning of pyrite concentrate drying system with 2 disk dryers in a 400 kt/a sulphuric acid plant, inefficient capacity and frequent failures were encountered. So 2 internally-heated screw dryers were added before the disk dryers for predrying pyrite concentrate and appropriate improvements of disk dryers were conducted for less failure and easer maintenance. A 30 minute's test showed that the moisture content of pyrite concentrate was decreased from 11.5 wt. % to 8.5 wt. % through screw dryers and further to about 5 wt. % through disk dryers, fully meeting capacity demand.
