摘要
介绍了云南铜业股份有限公司硫酸分厂将阳极保护管壳式酸冷却器恒电位控制仪的控制单片机接入DCS系统的实践情况,包括通信网络连接回路设计和通信程序设计。实践表明,该系统通信数据采集准确、稳定,为阳极保护管壳式酸冷却器的稳定运行和参数监测提供了直观可靠的数据,同时也节省了投资费用。
The practice of incorporating a single-chip computer for controlling potentiostat of anodically protected shell and tube acid cooler into DCS in Yunnan Copper Company' s Sulphuric Acid Plant is described and the design of communication network connecting loop and communication procedure is also described. Practice showed that data collected by the communication system were accurate and stable and could be used for stable operation and parameter monitoring of anodically protected shell and tube acid cooler. At the same time, the investment was saved.
