基于MRAS模型的无速度传感器异步电动机直接转矩控制系统

摘要 在无速度传感器异步电动机直接转矩控制方案中,纯积分环节的直流漂移、电动机的温升所引起的异步电动机的定子电阻变化及测量误差等因素将影响异步电动机的定子磁链估计精度。针对以上因素,提出了相应的估计和改进的方法,同时使用MRAS模型对速度进行观测,给出了实验结果,从而验证了所提出方案的有效性。 In the direct torque control scheme of induction motor, there are several factors that will affect the precision of the stator flux estimation, such as the drift of the pure integrator, the value of the stator resistance changes with the temperature and the error of the measurement etc. Taking into account those factors, some corresponding measures are proposed to compensate or improve it and the MRAS model is employed to observe the speed. The experiment results show the effect of those measures.
