人工虫草多糖对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:41

摘要 目的:以人工虫草多糖作为受试物,观察其对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法:采用碳粒廓清法、二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应试验法及溶血素试验法,观察人工虫草多糖对免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能的影响.结果:人工虫草多糖140mg/kg能显著地增加小鼠碳粒廓清指数K及吞噬指数α,增强氢化可的松诱导的免疫功能低下小鼠单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;在迟发型变态反应实验中,140mg/kg,70mg/kg虫草多糖剂量组能显著地增加小鼠耳肿胀度,提示虫草多糖可增强环磷酰胺诱导的免疫低下小鼠迟发性变态反应.140mg/kg虫草多糖剂量组能显著提高小鼠溶血素水平,提示虫草多糖可增强环磷酰胺诱导免疫功能低下小鼠的特异性体液免疫功能.结论:人工虫草多糖对免疫功能低下小鼠非特异性和特异性免疫功能具有一定增强作用. AIM: To evaluate the immunomodulating effects of polysacchafides from cultured Cordyceps sinensis (PCCS) on immune function of immunosuppressed mice. METHODS: Carbon clearance test, hemolysin test and dinitrofluorobenzene- induced delayed type hypersensitivity test (DTH) were employed to evaluate the immunomodulating effects of polysaccharides from culture-produced mycelium on non-specific and specific immuno- logic function of immunosuppressed mice. RESULTS: PCCS (140 mg/kg) increased the K and ot indices in carbon clearance test. PCCS enhanced phagocytosis function of mononuclear macro- phage in hydrocortisone-induced immunosuppressed mice. It was also found that PCCS (140 mg/kg, 70 mg/kg) enhanced murine ear swelling in immunosuppressed animals. PCCS ( 140 mg/kg ) also elevated the hemolysin level, suggesting that polysaccharides extracted from cultured Cordyceps sinensis could improve the cellu- lar and humoral immunologic function in immunosuppressed mice. CONCLUSION: PCCS significantly improves non-specific and specific immunologic function of immunosuppressed mice.
