局部氧疗结合近红外线LED照射促进家兔伤口愈合 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察局部氧疗(TOT)结合近红外线发光二极管(NIR-LED)照射(结合治疗)对于家兔创伤愈合的影响.方法:在每只家兔背部制作4个全层皮肤切除创伤模型.家兔随机分4组进行实验:对照组、TOT组、NIR-LED照射组、结合治疗组.每组共20个伤口.记录每个愈合伤口所需的愈合时间,并作统计学分析.结果:各组伤口愈合时间分别为:(21.3±2.3)d,(19.6±2.2)d,(19.2±2.6)d,(18.0±2.1)d.TOT组、NIR-LED照射组伤口愈合时间均低于对照组(P<0.05).结合治疗组伤口愈合时间低于对照组(P<0.01)和TOT组(P<0.05).结合治疗组、NIR-LED照射组伤口愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:结合治疗能够有效促进该类型动物模型创伤愈合. AIM: To investigate the influence of topical oxygen therapy (TOT) combined with near-infrared light emitting diodes (NIR-LED) irradiation on the wound healing of rabbits. METHODS : Four pieces of full-thickness skin loss wounds were made on the back of every rabbit. Total eighty pieces of wounds were made on twenty rabbits. The rabbits were randomly divided into4 groups (n = 20): control group, TOT group, NIR-LED irradiation group, combining group (TOT combined with NIR- LED irradiation). The wound healing time was recorded and ana- lyzed statistically. RESULTS: The wound healing time was: (21.3±2.3) d, (19.6±2.2) d, (19.2±2.6) d, (18.0±2.1 ) d respectively in 4 groups. The wound healing time was shorter in TOT group and NIR-LED group than in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The wound healing time of combining group was shorter than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) and TOT group (P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in the wound healing time between combining group and NIR-LED group ( P 〉 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: The combining therapy can availably accelerate the wound healing of this type of animal model.
