摘要
目的:探讨采用问卷方法建立临床医学学科带头人胜任特征模型的可行性.方法:通过使用结构化的工作分析问卷对医院工作人员494人进行工作分析,在此基础上,通过团体焦点访谈,构建临床医学学科带头人的胜任特征模型.结果:临床医学学科带头人的胜任特征模型包括个性品质,认知能力和管理能力3个层次,共18个特征.结论:采用结构化的问卷构建临床医学学科带头人的胜任特征模型是可行的.
AIM: To discuss the feasibility of constructing the competency model of subject heads in clinical medicine by means of questionnaire. METHODS: The competency model of subject heads in clinical medicine was constructed by ways of structured job analysis questionnaires and focus group interviews on 494 medical staffs. RESULTS: The competency model of subject heads in clinical medicine consisted of 18 competencies at the 3 levels, named personal characteristics, cognitive ability, and managerial ability. CONCLUSION: It's feasible to establish the competency model of subject heads in clinical medicine by ways of structural questionnaire survey and focus group interview.
