摘要
采用沉淀法制备了α-Fe2O3超微粒,在不同的温度和压力下对超微粒粉末进行处理,利用X射线衍射和M5ssbauer谱对高压处理前后的样品进行了分析结果表明,压力主要对微晶的表面或纳米晶体的界面结构产生影响。
α-Fe2O3 ultrafine particles prepared with precipitation method were treated to form nanocrystals at various presures or temperatures, and their microstructures were studied by means of X-ray and Mbssbauer spectroscopy. The results indicate that high pressure affects mainly the structures of surface of micrograins and interface in nanocrystalline materials.
