摘要
圆柱度误差是评价轴类零件表面形状误差的重要指标,决定着回转部件的回转精度,还影响零件的振动、噪声及使用寿命。首先建立评定圆柱度误差的数学模型,然后利用步进迭代法对最小区域评定进行优化,最后基于Labview开发平台设计出了圆柱度误差测量软件。测试结果表明,该软件能满足测量精度,人机界面友好。
The mathematical models are established for estimation of cylindricity error. The method of iterative step is used to optimize minimum zone. At last, measurement software is designed based on Labview. The test results indicate that the software can satisfy measurement precision and the program interface is friendly.
