西南边疆少数民族地区大学生应对方式调查

An Investigation of Coping Style of University Students in Minority Inhabited Regions of Southwest China

目的:了解我国西南边疆少数民族地区大学生应对方式的特点,以便有针对性采取有效的干预措施提供依据。方法:用问卷法对我国西南边疆少数民主地区的932名大学生的62项应对方式进行调查。结果:该地区的大学生面对生活事件时的应对方式依次主要是:问题解决、求助、退避、幻想、合理化、自责;女生比男生更多的采用求助和退避、忍耐等应对方式,贫困生比非贫困生更多的采用自责的方式而非贫困生更多的采用求助的方式;随年级的升高应对方式的变化趋势不明显。结论:西南边疆少数民族地区大学生主要采用的是较为积极、成熟的应对方式.。

Objective to explore the characteristics of university students＇ coping styles of minority nationality regions of southwest china and to conduct effective intervention Method 62coping style of 932university students from this regions are investigated by of questionnaire. Rresult styles of university students in this regions coping stress life event and trouble are mainly （ranging from the strongest to weakest）problem -solving, help -seeking, withdrawal , fantasy, tolerance, self - abuse, they used more frequently enthusiasm coping style ; the girls used more frequently help - seeking, withdrawal , tolerance, self - abuse, than the boy. ; the student of poor family used more frequently self - a- buse. but less frequenty help - seeking, than ecumenical, students ; coping style along with the age was not evident. Conclusion： University Students＇ of Minority Inhabited Regions of Southwest China are positive coping styles.
