摘要
目的探讨皮质醇增多症的临床表现和内分泌检查及其各项辅助检查的意义。方法从年龄、性别、病程及实验室检查等方面,观察46例不同原因所致皮质醇增多症患者不同的临床表现和实验室检查。结果通过测定血、尿皮质醇,大、小剂量地塞米松抑制试验等有助于皮质醇增多症的鉴别诊断。结论内分泌检查有助于各种原因皮质醇增多症的鉴别诊断。
Objective To explore the significance of Cushing＇s syndrome in clinical manifestations and endocrinological inspection. Methods 46 cases of Cushing＇s syndrome patients suffering from different causes were observed on age, gender, course of diseases and lab＇s inspection. Results Measurement of cortisol in blood or urine, high/low-dose dexamethasone inhibitory test are contributed to discern and diagnosis of Cushing＇s syndrome. Conclusion Endocrinological inspections are contributed to discern and diagnosis of Cushing＇s syndrome.
