A comparison between new and old rural cooperative medical system

对新旧农村合作医疗制度进行比较,是近几年理论研究的一个热点问题,但相关研究仅仅限于新、旧农村合作医疗政策内容的比较。本文从新旧合作医疗的制度框架联结点出发,在对新旧合作医疗制度间共同点比较的逻辑基础上,认为产生于不同时代的新、旧农村合作医疗制度,制度框架已经以不同点为主,二者的理念已发生了天翻地覆的变化,二者之间的性质也截然不同。

Comparison between New and Old Rural Cooperative Medical System is a hot research subject during the recent years. But the relevant researches are only limited to the policy comparison between New and Old Rural Cooperative Medical System. This paper believes that the differences between frameworks of the two systems are great, the concept of the new system has changed greatly and the properties of the two systems are completely different.
