摘要
公平是卫生服务部门经济学评价的重要原则之一,文章阐述了对健康与卫生保健公平性概念的理解及各种测量方法。并结合实际工作中对某些方法的应用,在洛伦茨曲线(Lorenz curve)与基尼系数(G in i coeffic ien t)、集中指数等方法的基本原理基础上,分析了山西省农民健康与卫生保健公平性状况,并对相应方法作了简单的介绍,同时对这些方法的进一步应用给出了一些建议。
Equity, one of the key principles of economic assessment in the health service sector. The paper interprets the concepts of equity of health care and introduces different ways of assessment. What＇s more, it uses the basic principles of Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient and concentration index, etc. to analyze the status quo of health care equity in rural areas of Shanxi province, to introduce briefly the application of these ways and to put forward some advice of their further use.
