摘要
目的:人才是医院可持续发展的重要资源口面临人才流失对医院生存与发展的严峻挑战,显性人才流失是人才所有权的转移,而隐性人才流失则是人才使用效益的缺失。后者比前者更为隐秘,更为普遍,更容易为人所忽视,然而危害性更大。因此,解决好人才隐性流失问题,迫在眉睫。
Healthman power are important resources for sustainable development of hospitals. Brain drain affects the survival and development of hospitals. Normal brain drain means transfer of ownership of healthman power, while hidden brain drain means the loss of utilizable benefits of personnel. The latter is hidden, common and more easily ignored than the former, and therefore, more serious. As a result, it is urgent that brain drain should be handled properly.
