The Development of Su Shi's Common-people Administration

千百年来,苏轼备受历代民众欢迎的原因,不是其官位,也不只是其才气,更多的是他的思想。为官各地的苏轼,以其平民化的管理理念,赢得了广大百姓的爱戴。他在管理中更多是以一些普通民众的视角来看待问题,由此而产生的平民管理理念,如"尚宽厚""、顺天道""、和人心"等和他的名字一样深入人心。

For hundreds of years, SU Shi remains popular among the common people, which is brought about neither by his official status nor by his literary talent. Su Shi is popular because of his ideas of the administration or his attitude toward the common people. As a Confucian, Su Shi treated the people as his brothers and sisters, although he was a senior official at the time. Su Shi, together with his administrative ideas such as ＂do good to the common people＂, ＂hold the people together＂, etc. is well accepted by the general public.
