乳腺X线报告规范化——BI-RADS介绍 被引量:49

摘要 近年来乳腺癌发病率有上升趋势,现已成为妇女第一位恶性肿瘤。乳腺X线检查作为乳腺癌的筛检手段、诊断方法已越来越引起重视,规范乳腺X线报告已非常必要。美国放射学会在20世纪90年代提出的乳腺影像报告和数据系统(breast imaging reporting and data system,BI-RADS),在规范乳腺X线报告,帮助临床医生对病变处理作出合理选择,在不同医疗机构之间的归一研究和乳腺X线检查随访的监测等方面均起着至关重要的作用。我们的应用显示,基于乳腺癌筛查而产生的这个系统同样也适应于乳腺病变检查人群。 In recent years, breast cancer has become the most high incidence malignant tumor in women. Hence, mammography screening has got more and more attention as a key method for breast cancer screening and diagnosis. At mean time, it has become necessary to enforce a standard when representing mammorgraphic report. In 1990s, American College of Radiology(ACR) developed the breast imaging reporting and data system (BI - RADS). This stystem plays a key role in standardizing the language used in mammography reports, helping clinicians understand disposition of their patients based on the consisitent assessment categories of mammographic imaging. In additional, this system ensured report consistency among different medical institutions and aided in auditing mammography practice. Our experiences also showed that the BI - RADS based on breast cancer screening is also adapted to diagnostic purpose.
