摘要
本文从社会网络分析出发,利用社会资本理论、结构洞理论、弱关系优势理论等对竞争情报活动进行分析,指出竞争情报活动与社会网络的密不可分性。同时,作为企业战略的重要组成部分,竞争情报战略也应该充分考虑社会网络因素,拓宽社会网络、开展知识管理并做好反竞争情报工作。
From a perspective of social network analysis, competitive intelligence activities will be discussed in the use of social capital theory, structural hole theory and the weak ties theory. Competitive intelligence activities and social networks are indivisible. Meanwhile, as part of corporate strategy, fully considering the social network, competitive intelligence strategies should also include broadening the social network, knowledge management and make anti-compethive intelligence.
