摘要 本文论述了企业预警情报的含义、特征、分析方法,论述了商战游戏的适用范围、预警功能。在此基础上,建立了基于商战游戏的预警情报分析流程,并以ITD公司竞争战略游戏为例,进行了案例分析。 This article relates the Enterprise Early Warning Intelligence, which includes its meaning, characters, analysis methods, etc. Then, it summarizes the Business War-gaming, which includes the adaptive scopes and warning function. Based on these, the author establishes an analysis process of Enterprise Early Warning Intelligence founding on Business War-gaming. Finally, the experience of ITD＇s Business War-gaming on competitive Strategy is analyzed.
