Discussion Again on the Subject in Resource Configuration of Network Information

本文在分析网络信息资源配置对象和配置原则的基础上,指出国家和市场都是实现网络信息资源合理配置的重要推动力,政府和其他经济主体作为网络信息资源配置主体相互之间是不可替代的。

Based on analyzing the configuration objects and principles of network information resources, we conclude that both government and market are motivities to make the configuration of network information resources more and more rational, and neither government nor the other market anticipates can be substituted reciprocally, which has specific functions on configuration of network information resources.
