摘要
本文比较了中外企业信用评价综合体系中信息源的建立与特点的异同,分析了目前中国企业信用评价中信息源的缺乏之症结所在。提出了中国企业信用评价信息源体系建设发展的建议。
The article compared the similarities and differences between the foundations of information source in China and foreign corporation credits appraise system, analyzed the sticking points of the lack of information source in Chinese corporation credit appraise at present, gave suggestions to develop China corporation credit appraise information source.
