信息用户的焦虑心理及其信息服务研究

Information Anxiety:a New Visual Angle for User Psychology and Information Services Research

本文提出了网络环境下信息服务领域面对的一个新的研究课题,即面向"信息焦虑"用户的信息服务研究;在分析"信息焦虑"对用户信息获取、利用以及信息服务效率影响的基础上,提出了"信息焦虑"及其信息服务研究的时代性、紧迫性,并讨论了信息焦虑及其信息服务研究内容的跨学科特性及其主要问题。

This article articulated a new research question for discussion, namely information services model research based information anxiety in information services realm on the context of WEB. Authors pointed out the significance after analyzing information anxiety＇s impact on users about information acquiring, using and information services effective, characteristic of cross-subject and key issues for the research of information anxiety and information service models were also discussed.
