中国城镇本地与外来人口职业排斥的性别比较 被引量:3

摘要 平等就业,宪法赋权。但全国第四次和第五次人口普查数据的对比分析显示,城乡平等就业的水平和结构并没有随着市场经济程度的演进而提高,外来女性在第一劳动力市场上受到的职业排斥程度远远高于该市场上外来男性受到的职业排斥,部分职位甚至出现了"排斥强化"的现象。除入力资本因素外,社会资本、家庭责任、市场机制不完善是导致外来女性遭受"排斥强化"的重要因素。这些领域将是政府提高城乡平等就业政策合意性的主要领域。
